St. John's Day Care and Preschool Center
St. John's Daycare enrolls children between the ages of two and twelve years old. The center is open from 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Our curriculum is built on a stair type model. Each age level builds upon the next, forming a strong foundation for learning. The curriculum includes a focus on the alphabet, colors, numbers, shapes, and self-help skills. Also, the curriculum includes a literal enriched program (language arts, reading, phonics) along with math, science, social studies, music and art. At St. John's, we believe education is the right of all individuals, regardless of race, religion, or economic status. We strive to create an atmosphere in which children are safe, feel emotionally secure, and have a sense of belonging. Our environment has activities and teaching strategies that are challenging, but within children's reach.
